I've had my 510 for almost a week and I have two attys.

I've noticed one produces more vapor and a throat hit, the other has a decent amount of vapor and no throat hit at all.

I've blown both out, and dripped the same liquid into both just to compare.

It's still the case. Any thoughts?

Warm water and blow outs about a dozen times. Let it dry for ten minutes. Dropped three drops, let it sit for another ten minutes. I can get some vape if I pull really hard, but no throat hit whatsoever.

Probably wetter than you think with water still... amazing how that stuff hangs on.

Rinse it with high proof clear alcohol (Pure grain if you have it, vodka if you do not) and then let it dry for a while. Alcohol will displace the water, and then evaporate more quickly and cleaner. Any lingering bits of alcohol will actually raise TH, in my experience, but you still don't want to run it sopping wet.

Don't vape a water wet atty. You will cook it off in no time flat, and I'm not refering to the water. Give it at least 8 hours to dry, or:

I set mine on top of the stove where the pilot light is and it dries them pretty fast. Works pretty good.

I soak mine in PGA for 15min to an hour then blow them out and leave them threaded side down overnight. I've read that you shouldn't use them until they are fully dry. I'm not saying this is the right way to do it but, it works for me.
