I vape an eGo with 510 cartos. I've only had it a few weeks and it's great except for one cartomizer. It has virtually NO throat hit and the vapor is a lot less than the others using the same juice. Cartomizers are pretty cheap, I know, but I was just wondering what was wrong with it in case I run across the same thing in the future, I might be able to fix it. Any ideas or things I should try?

it could just be a bad carto...that will happen, or it could be gunked up you could try to clean it, you can search all the different ways people clean em, if you have another cart try that out and see how it responds, it could also be the ohm reading is different then what you usually use.
It's possible that it could've been DOA, but the only way to tell for sure is to put it on a multimeter. DOA cartos happen from time to time, but I would contact the vendor to see if they will send you another one.
I had ordered prefilled cartos when I got my ego and this one was weak, even with the prefilled juice and after I cleaned it out and refilled it. I guess it's just bad. I have 20 more cartos, so the one bad one isn't that much of a loss.
I'm using 50/50 with 24mg nic. The other cartos work fine. I guess this one is just faulty.
I won't use any more than 20% VG in my stuffing-type cartos any more. My carto's performance (drag, wicking, hit) degrades much too quickly if I use any more VG than that. I also stay away from juices that leave alot of flavoring sediment. I like to get 1-2 weeks use out of each Boge cartomizer.
I second that. Any more VG than that seems to clog up the stuffing as do "oily" juices (e.g. lots of cinammon).
