I have just got into rebuildables and started using a penelope. So far i've only wrapped 3 coils, first one was fantastic, worked great for over a week, no issues whatsoever. The 2nd one I built with rolled cotton wick and was getting dry hits every 3rd or 4th hit and onwards until I let it sit for about 5 minutes.. then I'd get a good hit or 2 and it'd start to get really dry again and made me cough up a lung. I'm now on my 3rd coil and I am getting extremely weak vapor production. I have the coil rated at 1.9 ohms and even if I crank it up to 6 volts its extremely weak and mute. Barely any vapor production and absolutely no flavor.
Judging by my description, can anyone more experienced with penelope and GG mods(or just rebuildable coils) tell me what I might be doing wrong?
