I notice that when I click on eliquids and go to that page the tiles at the top have the old Betelgeuse graphic instead of the new one. I am in Chrome on win7. Just checked same thing in IE. Not sure if this has been mentioned elsewhere. But I noticed it the other day NT.jpg

Megan, I use Safari on an iPad and I see the chat window. Can you have your developers to make the rewards window either smaller or moveable so you can close it? Thanks to SpaceCase, I can close the rewards window but it's acreal PITA to do.

Nope, nothing there. It tells me how many people are browsing the site right under the rewards tab (both on the upper right) but nothing on the left. :blink:

ETA: I don't see a chat window now but I have in the past. I talked to Katy on it when ACB dropped because she helped me with the GC Travis gave me to purchase it

I see no chat anywhere using Safari on a MacBook. But I never have so could just be Mac. I thought it was ditched so never said anything. :lol:

I've never seen the chat icon or whatever it is and I've checked with Safari and Chrome. Where on the site is it supposed to be? Any other browsers that work with a iphone?

The text is right up against the edge of my screen. If I zoom out/in it moves away from the edge. Its probably just my screen/settings (1280x1024), but it should still have some padding there- I hate when the text is right on the edge...

Everything else functions great, from what I noticed.

But...

- the elquid page still has "NOTICE: At present we are in the middle of a transition from LDPE plastic bottles to Amber" or "Helpful reminder: Check LEAD TIME GUIDANCE before you order! Vanilla custard fans, rejoice." in the descriptions for a select few of the liquids. Maybe this is temporary/ on purpose for the ones that still have plastic leftover/ the flavor name is pretty descriptive...?

- Some of the pages have proper meta tags embedded (in the page source- description and keywords- to check, right click on page > 'View page source' , they should be at the top... ). Others do not. Just a heads up. Im not up to date on the importance of these things, but from what I know, they should be there (if thats somthing you paid for; SEO)...

ETA: nevermind the keywords... did a quick search... looks like google revealed 5 years ago that they dont even use the meta keywords, and haven't for years before that even :laugh:

The only thing I have noticed are some spelling errors - ("Recommend" is used in each flavor's "Recommended steep time" etc and is spelled incorrectly in each, for example.) Sorry, I know this is petty and minor, but speaks to professionalism when looking at sites. :)
Other than that type of thing, it's ACES WITH ME!

I have noticed a few of these small oversights as well. I'll scan through and see if I can find them again.

I see no chat on Chrome and Win 7. My rewards have not updated from my last order made on 12-11-14.

Thank you for the heads up... Chat appearing depends if we are online... The rewards piece, I would have Katy double check... Submit a contact form if you like bud?

I actually used chat yesterday to try and straighten out the rewards. I don't remember the guy's name I chatted with. Hopefully it will be right later today.

Hi there BudmanNC! I actually opened a ticket with our rewards program today on your particular case. We were hoping your points would update within 24 hours of them knowing the issue. However, when I checked this morning, that was not the case. I'll let you know when we have a resolution for you. We'll work it out for ya! :thumbs:

Well my gold coins say a different number than what they pulled up when they checked on chat. It just had my previous number not the number after my Atlanta order that I already got. No big deal, but might be something to check.

Just wanted to say they have been updating properly with orders now. :)










I have tested it with a multiple orders just to help you guys.:blink:
