Website Temporarily Offline for Cut Over to New Site

The Virgin Vapor website may be temporarily down while we cut over to an upgraded version. We will do the cut over starting at midnight tonight and the site should be back up and running in about an hour. We apologize for the inconvenience and look forward to better being able to serve our customers with the new site!

We are doing lots of upgrades over the next ten days so stay tuned! Some upgrades are behind the scenes and others will be exciting new features that you'll be able to see. I'll keep you up to date as we work through our long wish list of new features and please feel free to post any suggestions here! Please let me know if there's a feature of capability you'd love to see at Virgin Vapor!

The cut over went incredibly smoothly! You'll notice that there are still some cosmetic fixes that we will be prettying up over the next few days but everything should be functional again. Yay for a quantity field in the cart!

I'm still working nights on the website upgrades but wanted to leave a quick post on some of the improvements we've already put into place.

1. You can now edit the number of items directly in your shopping cart (yay!).

2. You now only need to check the "Over 18" check box once in the shopping cart window.

3. When you order a custom flavor, there is a text box for you to write in your desired flavor right on the product page.

4. We've cleaned up the reviews so they are larger and easier to read.

5. Our product attributes are "hardwired" so there shouldn't be any of the occasional issues we have had in the past with certain browsers.

6. Our sample packs are now much more flexible so we can offer any of our flavors as the free sample that comes with many products (all flavors from both the standard and absolute lines).

7. We've also changed our sample pack list so it will automatically exclude flavors incompatible with a plastic cartomizer or tank so if you are getting a free sample with one of these types of cartos/tanks, you will only be offered compatible flavors.
