madvapes is a good place to start. They've been around forever and they have good prices (also lots of parts for building or modifying if you're into that kind of thing.) MyFreedomSmokes, EV Cigarettes and High Desert Vapes are all good bets too.
That's not to say the other vendors aren't good either, these are just forum vendors I have experience with. Most of the vendors on the list are well-thought-of, so it's pretty hard to go wrong with any of them. The Chinese vendors aren't bad either (I've ordered from HealthCabin before), but the biggest issue is that it can forever to get your order, especially if you go with the cheapest shipping option. It's not uncommon for orders to take 4-6 weeks to get to your door (although to be fair part of that has to do with how long stuff sits in Customs, and they don't care what type of shipping you paid for. That's just the nature of importing stuff.)

All depends on what you accept as good price.
Everything out of China will cost a bit more here. The convenience of Get it Fast may be worth the difference.
Even with that, you need to shop smart. The same item may sell at 10 different prices between 10 different venders.
101vapes offers Great pricing and good service but their products are on a popularity roller coaster. What sells best is what is ordered in and usually sold out(fast) leaving last weeks popular stock diminished and awaiting a much smaller replenishment order.
DiscountVapers is a little higher, but great people to deal with and a much larger selection of in stock items.
Be Smart, Shop wisely and buy once.

What is the issue to buy directly from china?Most of the ecigs in the US market is produced there right?
Because it takes FOREVER to get here!! Once you get it, the latest and greatest has been already introduced and what you bought is yesterdays news.
I've ordered from them before, they do have good prices, especially on eGo VV batteries.
