I wrote quite a lengthy review after using the HH 357 1.5 shorty for 3 days. I now am up to two weeks of usage. Its the only atty that I've used during that period. I've put through about 5 mls per day on my Grand.

The atty is working great, just as well as when it was broken in. I've cleaned it twice in vodka with a 1 hour soak. To me the HH357 is still a fairly temperamental atty but well worth the fuss. I still flood it about once every other day. Other than that its terrific and I will have a hard time if I ever have to go back to the cartos or the 306.

Hehe, I still flood mine about once every day so your learning quicker than I am :D

They have killed cartos for me completely ...... I keep trying and they only stay on for 10 min tops.
(Never could do 306 attys though) they were the worst of the bunch for me.

I have a 3 day trip starting tomorrow so I broke out one of my new ones today.
Going to have 2 Woodvils and a Grand with me .... all with 357s on top.

Hi Loren, I am so happy they work for you the same as they work for me  Like you and Tim, I feel the same way about going back to LR 510s or 306s - They are now put away in storage as backups if ever need be... and if it did, I'd be vaping and crying and singing some kind of country song about how I miss my hh357

I'm only on day 8 with my first HH357, but in that short time, it's been a total game-changer for me. I've occasionally (even accidentally) used one of my other atties/cartos, but only for a minute - the HH357 has completely ruined me for anything else. It's a lot like the REO kinda ruined me for other mods. With both, there's a little bit of a learning curve (namely, how to squonk without flooding), but it's absolutely worth it.

FWIW, I still flood it at least once a day. But, I love it - the light draw it allows isn't replicated by anything else I've experienced so far. Well, except maybe analogs, but I'm not going there. :)

I love my hh-357s can you say air flow the secrete behind this atty

Yes I know what you mean about the airflow. There are times on this atty that you can feel the flow just creating the vapor. Its kind of a smooth feel to it and you know you got it perfect...very analog like in many ways.

I agree with all that said about the HHs and when I first get one its heaven but evidently the vaping gods have deemed me unworthily. I keep trying and recently bought 4 but 3 now our in the swap thread

oh well....maybe someday. The upside they are so great and loved so well like REOs....never a problem finding some one who will love to get them. :)

Well I'm on day 8 or so and being a soul carto user I really don't have anything else to compare it to but all in all I really like it other than the price of course. The only problem I'm having is the blind sqounk which is really tough to do accurately every time. I'll get 8-9 out of 10 times perfect but flood it at least once a day, especially on my grande. In turn I believe I've managed to fry my taste buds from the molten lava that it spits out when flooded but other then user error its great. I still use my cartos for out and about cuz they're just so damn easy and cheap. My expensive HH357's stay home with my expensive trippy tips attached to them:D:vapor::vapor::vapor:

Well I'm into week the start of my third week on this atty and its going downhill fast. It didnt seem to be working well and I tested its ohms 2 days ago and it was 1.2. Today it tested out at 1 ohm and the vape is terrrible. Everything tests burnt. Not sure what do do at this point. Heres a pic of the atty. See anything wrong....lol. It came like that but I really didnt care as long as it was a good atty.

1. Soak it for an hour or overnight in PGA or isopropyl alcohol.

2. E-mail Hanna with this info and see what he tells you. It's still warrantied!

Personally, I have gone through (3) HH357's in the past 3 to 4 months. It is a fantastic atty and very hard to go back to any other. I would use it on my Darwin and Provari around 10-10.5 watts on either device.
Did have several issues however. The first one had the mesh around the coil come loose and was never the same after that. The second one i had came out of the outer sleeve and I attempted to put it back in and it was never the same. The 3rd one popped after a PGA cleaning...
Not sure if I should order another as that is a pretty poor success rate.
It is a fantastic vape while working but, for the price, I feel these are silly, poor craftmanship issues.

I've thought about pulling the trigger on these but the price just stops me cold. I've been hammering on an MA306 in a DCA (no, not on my Grand :) )for about 3 weeks now. Outstanding flavor, forgiving of flooding, and with only blowing out the atty before dripping a new flavor, it hasn't even blinked at me wrong. I'm going to see how long it takes for me to run it into the ground and then reassess my thoughts on an HH357 purchase.
