So i got my Vapor4life vapor king a week ago (kr808 manual). and i have to say i love it. I ordered the wall charger, one battery, and some cartomizers because i wasn't entirely sure what i would need at the time.

Anyway, im looking to place another order, a passthrough seems like it is a must, as well as another battery. I do have a question though. One- it looks like refilling the V4life carts would be easy, would i just add a few drops into the mouthpiece end and vape away? If this is the case, i plan on getting some liquid to put into my carts so i can always have a fresh one, so here are where im looking for some opinions.

V4life doesn't sell liquids, so ill probably be going somewhere else. How is the Rath juice, and/or the litecigUSA vendor? Their prices seem cheap and i do like the fact that Rath juice is 100%USA made- quality control is pretty important. Basically i would be looking to get a Passthrough, some liquid, and another battery- unless the battery on the passthrough can be removed and used portably. I really only need 2 manual batts because i have a PCC and dont vape all that much, but enough that while im waiting for my batt to charge (like right now) i really want a few drags...

Basically, is Rath juice good (vapor-wise and flavorwise), would it be an issue to re-use my current carts, and if i get a passthrough, should i get another battery as well?

Thanks for any help you guys can give me, and it always seems to come quickly- such a great community.

I haven't tried the Rath juice, but Vapor4Life does sell liquids, for what it's worth. I just double-checked their site and see 5/20/30ml sizes.

5ml is a good 'starter' size to use until you know which flavors you really like.

You should have no trouble reusing your carts many times, even if prefilled. I've read that it helps to 'wash them' if you are switching flavors and don't want to taste both...

My current setup is 2 auto batteries. That's it. No pass-through yet. I'm using one, and the other charges. So far, I always manage to have a charge when I need it... Am about to get a Vapor King with Pass-through so that will really seal the deal.

I think 2 batteries + PCC is a fine setup for going out and such. If it were me I'd get an extra battery just to have a spare, again mainly for going out.

I don't know about those specific batteries, but have seen estimates than range from "100-300 charge cycles" to "300-500 charge cycles". I think it depends on the battery (quality, manufacturing process etc), and your usage/charging pattern.

I can't find the link easily, but saw a great post on here that linked to a place (I think it was the Battery Institute) with good info on li-ion batteries in general.

Speaking of 'full cycles', they recommend recharging when 20% charge still remains I noticed; does anyone know whether the battery starts blinking (to be recharged) at the 20% level, or some other level??

the batts seem to be disabled when charging. i've never had a prob with my man'l and PCC.

if you want US mixed juice, i'll have to second the TastyVapor recommendation :D

I agree with Belletrist, i am new to vaping and so far i have tried full PG juice as well as full VG. The full PG juice to me is a bit to strong and VG is to Smooth so the key is a mix of both and i am going to try that next week. I will be ordering from Tastyvapor, they have the option of having a custom Juice made with 10,20 or 30% VG in it. A search on this forum seem to indicate that 30% VG seems to be the perfect spot for some. Thats what i will be trying.

Your best bet on refilling them is to pop the end off and the rubber o ring out . Just tip the cart on about a 45 degree angle and drip on the wicking material untill it is saturated. My new blank ones hold 1 ml and I use a syrenge to fill them the first time. After that I top off with 8 or 10 drops.
