week old Manual 10 sec. bat. not holding a charge for long. Am I doing somthing wrong?

Hello all,

So I got my first order about a week ago got the UU kit, absaloutly love it but one of my bat. won't hold a charge anymore. Am I doing somthing wrong?

I got two 10 sec. cutoff bat. and I charge it for like 3 hours, the light turns green on my wall charger, then I use it for maybe 20 mins taking prob. like 15 puffs and then it dies. Is there anyway to clean it or something? My other bat. lasts me for hours and many, many puffs. Am I doing something wrong? Help anyone?

I guess everyone else here is taking a PTO day.LOL I would think your not doing anything wrong since you said both batteries are the same. If you didn't physically damage your battery I would say you probably got a bad battery.

Sometimes batteries are bad from the factory in fact up to 30% of them. Steve at vapor4life is the owner of the company. He has the upmost best customer service in the world. If you email him from this site he will return your email very promptly and take care of you for sure his user name email on this site is == SMILIN just explain to him your situation he will take care of you for sure...

I guess I may have vaped to much with it but my other bat. is fine, plus I did notice that when I press the button for a puff it won't turn off after I depress the button. I have to press the button a few times to get it to shut off, maybe that is why it keeps dieing so quick????

Anyone else have this problem??

I think theres a thread about cleaning your battery.Try that and see if it helps.

Sounds like maybe the button is sticking since pressing it again gets it to shut off. Just let Steve know in your next order and he will send out a new one, no doubt.
