I had a regular monthly weigh-in today; I gained a pound :(. Next time I weigh in it will be after a haircut, though.

Careful which hair you choose to cut . . . . come on, someone had to say it!

No weight gain here. Idea of flavors was one of the items that attracted me to trying vaping. Lovin' it!

i really don't know who is more obsessive -- the e-cig crowd or the weight watchers folks. People will, in fact, cut their nails and tweeze their nasal hair before a weigh in.
I'm all in favor of good personal hygiene  but I know what you mean.

I won't tell you how much I have gained, but most of that is due to finding out how tasty bacon is all over again. And chocolate. And ice cream. And key lime pie. And coconut divinity...
You're killing us here . . . must . . .buy . . . juice . . . Gingerbread always saves me!

Weight has always been a struggle for me. Chose to attack the weight issue before attempting to quit smoking . . . After losing over 100 pounds, I'd resigned myself to death by cigarettes rather than risk quitting and the inevitable weight gain. Then I found vaping. By accident. Six months without a cigarette and so far, so good. The true challenge will be making it through the holidays without gaining - or smoking! Such a interesting time of year . . . Positive thoughts for everyone on successfully managing both. I keep telling myself that it CAN be done!

Happy Holidays!
