Another benefit of vaping as an alternative to other quit smoking approaches.. I am not gaining weight! I am actually losing a few pounds.. With all the flavor options and my constant vaping I have to remind myself to eat food. I am at the weight I want to be and glad i'm not gaining... but banana nut bread vape is not a substitute for lunch! Nutrition is really important too in regaining our health post-analogs..
