If I draw into my mouth, then inhale from there, I get a weird feeling that feels kinda like I should cough, if that makes sense. Am I doing something wrong?
That's normal, especially for a beginner, or somebody who hasn't vaped recently.
Some people never stop coughing slightly. Some people avoid lung inhalation as much as they can, and just breath into their mouths and out through their noses.
You might consider trying a different PG / VG ratio - some people are more sensitive to one or the other.
Also, a question. What's the best way to inhale vapor in your mouth? I tend to open my mouth a bit and just inhale oxygen+vapor, but I feel like I have a stupid look on my face when I do it >.>

I used to vape like that until I got used to the sensation. Vapor is a lot different than smoke. I now take direct lung hits. You're not doing anything wrong it just may take awhile to get used to the sensation.
I take hits both ways, in the mouth and out nose and also full lung hits. I do cough sometimes too. The first few weeks of vaping I had an on and off sore throat. It went away totally.
You may need to drop down some in the nicotine concentration of your juices. What you are experiencing may very well be the "throat hit" of nicotine. What nic strength are your juices? How heavy of a smoker were you?
Many beginning vapers experience some coughing or slight irritation of their throat. It's normal and goes away once your body adjusts from smoke to vapor. You probably don't remember, but you coughed when you first started smoking, too. Eventually your body adjusted to it.
