weird lavatube problems

hello all i have a mini lava tube and vision v3 carts with a ego to 510 adapter,always worked fine been using this type of set up for months,since 2 days ago nothing will work in the lavatube with a adapter
i tried 10 different carts and 6 different adaptors nothing ,if i try any of it on my ego twist everything works fine ,if i use a cart that doesnt need a adapter the lavatube works fine but once i add a adapter in the mix i get nothing ,i have ajusted the pin in the adapters and carts to no avail
any suggestions

Maybe the Lavatube is shot.. sounds like the 510 connection is dead.

maybe but if i put a reg 510 cart on it it works fine
