weird problem with l rider mini ego 450mah

I recently got two L Rider Mini Ego batteries 450 mah and neither of them are working correctly. I charged them fully before using and now all I get are a 2 second hit and then they start blinking and turn off. I have tried turning them on and off with the five clicks, putting them back on the charger again and nothing works. They are so cute (sorry I am a girl) and I really want to like and use them but so far they have been useless. I wrote to the company I bought them from and am waiting for an answer back. So basically I hit the button they turn on for two seconds and them shut off. Ahhh so frustrating. I know its not the carto because I put it on my ego 650 and they work perfectly. So any advice would be appreciated.

If they don't work properly I guess there isn't much else you can do then contact the vendor. My only advice would be to consider a full mechanical device in the future.
