reconditioning L rider 510 batteries?

I think I could have over charged or used the wrong charger on some L Rider 510 batteries.

The problem is, they activate for a split second, then the light gets brighter and the current cuts off. Happens to two of them and they are acting the same, which leads me to think it is the charger.

The charger specs that I used on them are:
INPUT USB 5V
OUTPUT 150MA 5V

I have another charger that list:
INPUT USB 5-12V
OUTPUT 150mAh 4.6V

Should I try using the second one? Should I just properly dispose of the batts?

do the batteries still work? i would try checking them on a voltmeter from madvapes
