I really need your guys help... I purchased this from gotvapes and I submitted a ticket and they are absolutely avoiding me at all costs... They responded immediately until I told them what was wrong with the product and now they stopped responding... I never seen this in any product... I will never own a vmax again. Now, the vmax rev 4 model from gotvapes actuallly fires up using my vivi nova 2.5 tank but thats the only tank that works... I got several smoke tech cartos ranging from the 2.0-2.8 ohms, several boges ranging from 2-3, dct tanks for the tube tank, none of these work with the vmax... It is absolutely driving me insane not to mention I get F2 errors out of no where. The vmax is obviously defective and now I just want my money back. I love my itaste vv2 but the charger broke cuz thats the only cheap part about it and nothing fits it to charge it up so im stuck with a half working defective v max that i can't stand because nothing works with it besides the vivi nova 2.5 but then i get f2 and f1 errors... I wish I would have ordered from dfwvapor.com, they are excellent in customer service and they got the black and chrome one in stock alittle pricey which is why I went with got vapes but not they aren't responding to my defective product. Here's my ticket and I've been getting very mad because they are updating their site but they are not replying to their customers who have been buying products their for the past month and its really upsetting me. Here's the ticket so everyone can see... I even sent them emails as well... They sure reply quick when you ask about a product or buy something... I will never buy a product from got vapes again... I had the vivi nova atomizer heads go bad in one hour and some didnt work but I didn't submit a ticket because it was a lousy $2 but this is unprofessional. I have no ecig since I broke my charger on my Itaste and this vmax is a POS, works when it wants and I can't use any tank on it, weirdest thing I've seen guess thats what happens when u get chinese crap... all this money and hassle I should of bought a provari. Volcano has excellent customer service my top piece fell off on my lavatube and they are giving me a brand new one... How hard is it to please ur customers? Got vapes definetly lost my business. Hrer's the ticket I was very frustrated when they act like I was the one who did something wrong like I had the wrong charger or something... I have a trust fire and a volt meter and the batteries are fully charged and it shows it on the vmax itself it just don't fire only when it wants to on the vivi nova tank but no other tank very weird not to mention the top piece is uneven on the vmax... This is the stainless steel blue led rev 4 what ever revision that means, means nothing to me as I will never touch this product again. I read all these good reviews and I got a crappy one lol. There are also terrible reviews of them dying so I should of never bought one in the first place...

I just received my v max today and i fully
Charhed the batteries for acouple hours.
The v max lasted a hole 30 minutes before goimg dead.
I then charged the battery again and now it does not
Fire. The vivi nova tanks give a f2 error i tried three different tanls
Woth different heads. I used boge cartos those worked well when
The vmax worked for 30 minutes. I need some sort of help here.
Rectify the situation as i am out a e cig and i spent all this money on a vmax.
I am very frustrated.

Im usimg a trust fire charger .it says its compatable with 18350 batts and a whole bumch of others... all i know os when i checl the batt on the vmax it says 8.4 idk im new to this vmax i jad lavatubes n the itaste.
I just domt understand wjy i keep getting errors wirh my vivi nova 2.5. I seen othera get the same error as well. I also get a 123456789 come up when i first put the batteroes in im usomg the vmax the ones u supploed. Like i saod it was workong great. Now the vivi nova works when its barely screwed on or i get a f2 error and no other carto or tanl works. Its quite weird.
I think its just a defective vmax unless u know a better reason.
I have the right charger right battwries i just get errors n it dont fire turns on.
I dont know whay else to do ive been researching and everyone told me to send it back. I am very frustrated right now i been working on thod for hpurs.

This completely sucks. Im in a terrible mood as i have no e cig.
I even tried other 18350 batts no go. Just makes no sense at all.
Must be a loose connection in the ground or a defect in the board itself.

Okay... Please tell what you are going to do to make this right... This is the worse customer service i've seen on any e cig site in my life... You got back to me right away then as soon as you know the vmax is defective you completely ignore me. This is unprofessional. Actually, I would like a refund. I do not want another defective product from your site. I got defective vivi nova atomizer heads but I did not submit a ticket for that because things happen but when it comes to something over $100 for an electronic cig I will pursue my right as a customer. I want my refund. You have not responded, I emailed, I keep writing on this ticket and no response. I know your on the website as you updated it!
