Weird Ringing Noise

When I have my carto tank attached to my ProVari it is making a ringing noise, like when your ears are ringing. Its very faint. And ONLY when a carto is on it. It is a 3.0 Boge on a cartomater tank.
When the tank is off it doesn't make the ringing noise. Is it the coil? I've only noticed just this once.

I would assume it would be the heating element of the carto has a resonant frequency of the provaris 800hz...... Does it decrease if you flood the carto with juice?

Negative, it doesn't decrease with flooding.

Give your end cap a little turn (tighten it up a touch). Solves my ringing.

Huh, it suddenly stopped.

That happened to me the other day as well (was using a ZAP). I took the battery out, put it back in and it stopped. I have no idea what it was!
