There has been some chat on this. You can search the forums and read up some. Most report the taste gone after a few tanks. Might be the new wick.
Same I sort of have this issue too but it's on a vivi clearos and suspect its burn juice on the coil head
used to have this problem... opened up the top cap and smell nothing but just juice, when vape the weird taste came along. i re coil the wicks and problems fixed.
If chain vaping, try to limit the airflow into the tank. Lesser air more resistance stronger sucking power seems to get rid of this problem as it cant wick fast enough.
Another trick I learnt. I looked at the coils and made sure they are evenly spaced out. Hot spots are bad news especially if your flow is not good.

Smoked last night with a lower voltage of 3.5 - 3.7 and no problem.
As I was reading this, I tried upping the voltage and the higher it got the stronger the plastic taste was.
I only have about 0.7ml of juice left in the tank though so could that affect as well?
Read somewhere that novas have to have quite a bit of juice in them.
Not gonna try messing with the coils and stuff as I'll probably screw it up so I'll probably order a different brand of clearos.
Probably just pass my spare novas to a friend or something.
Any suggestions on clearos?
Preferably the same size or bigger.

It still gets stronger as i up the voltage.
Just that the lower settings seem to have gotten stronger.

Ok... This is sounding more like a case of dry wick...
You gotta 'twirl' your stick (or whateva action you call it) and wet the wick between each draw.

I hijack abit. Speaking of which, I have seen these cartos with the BCC from both vapeonly and Kanger. Anyone has any reviews on them? My 3.5ml vivinova is good but not pocket size. I rather have something rebuildable as it is not so wasteful. I am also looking at the mini vivis
you may wan to look for Chobra or ChDID. both are pretty decent MIC RBAs
