Weirdest thing ever... but....

    ...Selina said they're shipping 'em to me anyway...

    I placed an order at Eastmall a week ago (for 10 boxes of LR cartos). 67$ including the shipping. From the pics, it looks like the exact same cartos I've been paying twice as much for elsewhere ($1 each from Eastmall, as opposed to ~$1.80 everywhere else). When I checked the site a few days ago to see if they'd shipped, it was like the order never happened!

    Dumbass me didn't keep a copy of the order number / screenshot of the checkout page... but after a few emails to Selina (including a copy of the receipt from Paypal of my $67 being sent to Eastmall), she said they're shipping them anyway.

    Has anyone else had weird stuff happen like that with an Eastmall order?

    Assuming they actually show up, and they are what I think they are, I'll be ordering a bunch more. So far, my first Eastmall order turned into a cluster-...., but they seem to have straightened it out. Thanks, Eastmall!

    p.s. really, I *did* put that order in, no b.s.; I hope Selina doesn't think I was trying to pull a fast one on her....

    I do not think that Selina would think that you are pulling a fast one on her. The EM guys are on top of their game. I once ordered some liquid and less arrived than what I ordered. I thought that would be a huge problem, since all I had as proof was the video that I made of opening the package. :facepalm:
    The EM team traced the whole order, and they were able to identify what liquids where missed, and sorted it out for me. :laugh:

    So far they have proven that in the event of something going wrong, they rectify the issues quickly and efficiently. :laugh:

    Well, it's been almost 2 months (over two months if you take into account when Eastmall first TOOK MY MONEY)... and nothing. No word, no communication, nothing in my mailbox.

    I'm now making it my mission in life to let everyone I know that they should NEVER trust Eastmall. No way, no how.

    I hope it was worth $67.

    Six weeks ago.
    Absolute, complete utter bull..... Eastmall just bought $67 worth of bad advertising that will never go away. Ever.

    send me an IM with the name and address that you put into the order please
    and maybe we can trace it in the data base of orders from back then --------

    Well, it only took 2 1/2 months and a lot of griping, but I finally got them.
