youd have to check the full specs and discharge rate to be sure, but people have used similar batteries for sure.

Only thing about these kinds batteries is there's not much reason to use them given how cheap rc battery packs and other cells are.

I can't seem to figure out how to get power out of it. There's a pcb but 4 different connection tabs and not getting any voltage out of any of them. I got it for 5 bux at radio shack is only reason i'm asking.

I doubt that the discharge rate is adequate for e-cigs.....use at your own risk....it is never good to use a battery for an e-cig without knowing the discharge rate......
