I can't remember the size of the holes,(maybe 1/8) but there is two of them and I think he used a TBM to make the holes......For those who don't know TBM = Tunnel Boring Machine

The one in the photo is 1/8", but with the 0.8ohm build I'm using I switched to my other cap, which is 3/32". I'm really enjoying it so far. Also, for what it's worth, I'm using a nano-coil; 6.5 wraps of 28G Kanthal A1 around a standard paperclip.

Haha yes, this is correct; I borrowed the prop from the 1998 movie, Armageddon. And indeed, there were two holes at 1/8", but that is for when I was running my mod with dual coils at 0.3ohms. I won't be doing that again until the kits come out!
