The Ritual of Arrival

Chapter One
Verse one

All Hail Novitiate! By ordering a ProVari you have made a life changing commitment.

Be comforted in the knowledge that soon all doubts of your decision shall be alleviated and your spirit overcome with joy! All of your questions will be answered, all of your hopes realized, and as you have dreamed...

You will GET IT!

n92u.jpg

Verse two

Be aware!

No matter when your mail is usually delivered, and probably has been delivered for years, the carrier with your ProVari will come at a different hour. This suckth big time, since one must sign for the package.

Verse three

You may wish to start your vigil immediately. Now is the time of fasting and waiting. You shall not sleep; you shall not eat, as it might maketh you sleepy; you must at all times have a clear view of the Mail of vape receptacle, least the postal carriage slip by unnoticed. Chasing said carriage and screaming unintelligibly in pseudo-EngLatin is acceptable. Weeping is allowed, but only after the Sacred ProVari is in your hands and the tears are of gratitude. Bursting into tears because the tracking number hasn't updated in 3 hours is considered impudent.

This is also the time to charge batteries.

Tracking info says it will be here tomorrow, so you can go ahead and start planning the induction ceremony. :2cool:

I just bought my third (#1-May 2012-silver full size #2-June 2013-Red mini. #3-May 2014- Dragon Mini). I've NEVER experienced any buyers remorse...now, if you were to ask me do I regret buying all of the other mods, batteries and the collection of Cig-a-Likes I bought (because I seemed to think I needed to own EVERY color!)...I'd have an entirely different answer!!

But...I figure it THIS way...even if I were to spend the $230 +/- for the Zen coat...it's STILL less than I used to spend in a MONTH for STINKIES!!! And all I had left after using THOSE was a car with an ashtray full of butts, burn holes in my clothing, rotten teeth and bad breath.....(oh...and a bad case of COPD for smoking every day from 1967 to 2012!!)

Considering that I wasted more then 200 dollars on other mods where the threads would strip after only a few months I have no buyer remorse at all! I have had mine 6 months and pretty as the day I got it. And from other reports people have had theirs for YEARS with no problem so to me it is money well spent..

I resisted this last sale but I am sure I will cave if there is a fourth of Juily sale. They didn't have a mini in Satin finisih on the last round of blems or I would have got another one then.

Now there is a thought. Since ProVape is very proud of Made in the U.S.A. I wonder if they plan to release the P3 to celebrate the 4th of July. I think that would be cool.

And it's done. Haven't posted on the boards much this weekend, but I've been really enjoying my new Provari. Avatar is updated now. And here's a pic with the extension cap (although I'm totally amazed at how long the 18490s last - turns out I didn't need the 650s or the extension).

Realistically how long does an 18490 last you??? I have a mini on the way and I am debating on grabbing a regular. But if I don't need the 18650 upgrade I'm not gonna bother.

It kind of depends on how much you vape, and what your volts are set, but I carry a mini and a full size when at work, with Kayfun's on them, between the 2 of them I go threw about 6ML of juice, the 18650 will last me about 24 hours, the 18350, will last me about 8 hours, I don't use my 18490's as much, but when I do, I think I get about 12 hours out of them. I hope this helps.

I'm a chain vapor and I get between roughly 8-10 hours out of an 18490. With a kayfun wrapped at 1.1 or 1.2 ohm. I always keep an extra battery and extra kfun with me just in case.

I forgot about the OHM's thing, mine are at about 2.0 to 2.5 range, that makes a difference as well.

I'm just a little worried because I have an MVP and I always hear people getting 800-1000 puffs out of one charge. But I rarely see 400.

Depends on how you vape, I used to get between 500 and 600; but, I would take really long puffs. It counts when you hit the button and release. So if you hit the button and hold it for the ten full seconds that's 1 puff. If you pulse hit the button for one puff as in- hit and release; hit release; hit and release, that's 3 hits and releases; 3 puffs.
That's one of the more aggravating things about a puff counter. It's 3 puffs for your 1.

I timed it one time and usually take 5-6 second draws. I don't pulse the button either. One push per puff.

In that case; i got nothin; maybe the battery going out slowly or maybe the wattage set higher than those getting 800-1000 puffs per charge.
I always kept mine at either 8 watts or 3.5 V running a 1.5ohm coil.
