I definately fried it. Stupid mistake, The bottom wire connection on the battery sled was shorting out on the Altoids Case. As soon as I put the second battery in it started smoking. Not good.

Well the one battery is definately fried. It still holds a charge, but I don't think I'd trust it in a mod. Better safe than sorry. I know I should have breadboarded it first and started with a easier box than a Altoids. I also should have gone with a design with safe guards like fuses and a P-fet. oh well, live and learn. I guess when I get ambitious, I'll see if anything is salvagable from this mess. Anybody know the easiest way to test a Raptor 10A chip. It's probably toast, but it couldn't hurt to check.
My next try will be with a Hammond 1650B box and maybe an Iron Lung OKR T-10 Breakout board. If anyone has an opinion on these please post it. Thanks
