Well Kent and team surprises me yet again

The first surprise was on my first order, when I received overfilled bottles. I knew then that I had found a keeper. Well, fast forward a little, I placed another order with them this week, I think is was my third or fourth. I get a letter stating that they upgraded my 15 mils of radioactive to 30 mils simply for being a return customer. Thanks Kent, Katy, and the rest of the team.

We like to sprinkle orders for regulars with freebies/upgrades. I can't say there is any "formal" system - it depends in part on a few factors... quantity of orders, total spend, engagement in the community, how we are doing this day/week/month/year from a volume/revenue perspective, availability of this flavor or that in your nic level, identifying flavors we think you might enjoy but might be "on the bubble", quantity and quality of referrals (people you send our way), whether or not you have our success banner in your signature... we think it's important to reward the individuals whom support us and help make our community successful. Thank you jblindy - for your loyalty. You rock m8!

And, and I don't think the nicoticket banner would apply to me. I actually quit smoking about 15 years ago but job stress (military life) got me to really craving again. I took a vape off a buddies little ego (that just doesn't sound right) and I was hooked. vaping saved me from starting up a two pack a day of Newport habit.
