ABusardo has a really good one on rebuilding them. Haven't done one yet but seems really simple. I've got a coil of wire and wick coming so I can try it
If you don't get lots of flavor with the mesh on your Genisis Atty, you can always use silica or cotton wicks. It's by no means the end of the world. I go back and forth between mesh and silica, depending on the juice I'm using.

Looks like I need to revisit Mesh + WTA.
Couple of pointers. Make sure everything is tightened down. Fold under the end of the mesh, you don't want the cut edge contacting the coil
1. Typically, the more solid the wick, the better.
2. Oxidizing the wick and juice burns are unnecessary.
3. Make sure the wick is contacting the coil
4. Start with a dry wick and an empty tank
5. at the lowest voltage (and preferably with a half discharged battery) pulse the coil
6. If there are any hotspots, poke the coil until the hotspot vanishes and all coils are glowing evenly
7. A toothpick with charred ends is the best "poker" rubbing the tip on a hotspot is often enough to make the hotspot vanish
8. Bump the voltage up and repeat. Continue until you are one or two points above your normal vaping range for the oHms of the coil
add juice and enjoy.
There are specific things that I glossed over or skipped, usually dealing primarily with technique. What I posted above works 9 times out of ten and is the quickest way I know of to build a Genisis setup.

Thank you Plan...will give it another go, not sure if that will be today, we'll see. Think I have just enough supply to redo another, but I want more mesh....can't I just go to the hardware store for it? There a local Mom & Pop place that is on my way to the market today, might as well pick up wire too, if they have it.

They won't carry either.If you are getting low on mesh you might want to experiment with short mesh wicks. They get discussed on the last couple of pages of that thread I linked you to.
I have a foot square of SS 400 mesh that I could portion out if people are in dire need. A stamp and an envelope would suffice.
Some people like mesh & tanks, I prefer dripping & silica. I'm kinda thinking that flat Kanthal isn't going to work for me either. Takes like ten wraps to get it up to my desired resistance and by then I can't stuff it into the atomizer.
This is a mighty fine way to vape.

Thanks snork, but so far I'm good. I ordered ordered more mesh, not alot, since I do like it so far, but I think I might be leaning towards silica..who knows. When I find the right set up...then I can order bigger. And no...2 hardware shops and arts and crafts/stationery store later and mom & pop store later, doesn't carry mesh that small. I got odd looks from all when I told them what it was for. Only one that didn't bat an eyelash, was the old man at the hardware store. He told me check the plumbing..they might have mesh that they could give me...but also nope, they were out. Wonder who the other vaper was? LOL And don't get me started when I asked if they carry kanthal wire or nichrome. One tried to help and gave me 28 g galvanized steel....ummm don't think so, my hair gets curly enough on it's own. But he did try to help...zap...nooooooo.
