I made an order to Juicy Vapors the same day as my Virgin vapors order (11/19), and still hadn't received a shipped confirmation (email that said it was shipped)on that order. (btw got my 11/19 and 11/22 order from vv already) So I sent them an email to see if they were backed up or if it got lost... I got an email 2 hours latter saying that they had trouble tracking my order in usps so they sent me another order!
They said if I get the 1st order to just enjoy it on them. WOW... is that service or what!
I love the fact that they responded so quickly. DH and I loved the other juice we got from them. So I have been antsy to get my new order. On the other hand... I got emails from them every step of the way with the 1st order. So I am kinda thinking that this order just got lost in the shuffle (holidays and such)and not filled until I sent an email. But no worries.
Cause its coming now.
And that is all that counts.
