Got an order in today that contains some things for me and a kit for a friend. My carts were 36mg, as usual, but I mentioned in the comments that the kit was a gift and that those carts should be 18mg.

As a bonus, the fine folks at V4L threw in 5 different carts, all in 18mg. You know, so that the giftee had some things to try. That was really thoughtful and I'm appreciative of it! (I got a little something too, so I don't feel left out. )

100% service level on this order; nothing missing, nothing inaccurate. Things are looking up. Hats off!
