I lost a younger brother about five years ago. He died of cancer at the age of 48. When he found out he was determined to fight. They gave him months, he lived six years.
God played a big part in this, but so did his mental attitude. He loved playing word games.
So, in memory of my much missed brother David, for the healthy and the not-so-healthy, let the games begin.

Here’s a couple to start. Feel free to play or contribute a game of your own.

Okay no attempts to solve, I'll leave it unsolved just in case someone feels like solving it, but lets forge ahead.
Next game is the question game.
I will start out with, "Would you like to play a game?"

The second player must respond to the question with another question (e.g. "How do you play that?"). Each player must quickly continue the conversation by using only questions—no hesitation or statements.

Brain Teaser

Should You Be Institutionalized?

During a visit to a mental asylum, a visitor asked the Director what the criteria is that defines if a patient should be institutionalized.

"Well," said the Director, "we fill up a bathtub. Then we offer a teaspoon, a teacup, and a bucket to the patient and ask the patient to empty the bathtub."

Okay, here's your test:
1. Would you use the spoon?
2. Would you use the teacup?
3. Would you use the bucket?

How about just pull the plug in the bathtub and give the doctors the spoon, the teacup and the bucket back and walk away? Or am I cheating?

;)

Hey, just because I used the Internet to get the riddle doesn't mean you get to use it to solve it.
Hmmmm, might have to go visit an actual library.

Okay, here's the answer.

The reason that a cork drifts to the side of a glass is that it floats to the highest point. Since water "clings" to the glass, the highest point is around the edge of the water. To get the cork to float in the middle of the glass, all you have to do is fill the glass as much as possible. The water will form a convex shape above the glass, with the highest point at its center. This is where the cork will settle.
