Hi All! I just want to say I am learning a lot on this forum. Anyway...I went into a tobacco store with my boyfriend today (he wanted to get some kind of "natural" cigarette he enjoys once in a while) and they had Ecigs there! Ive never heard of the brand Puresmoke but it was a PCC style with a battery and 2 atties included. I was amazed that they even carried them there but the clerk said theyve been selling a lot of them. Has anyone ever heard of that one? Ive heard of the puresmoker but not Puresmoke. It was selling for about 35$.

Hi and welcome to the forum Plantgirl

Our friends here are a little overzealous with their advice and rightly so, we are all loving what an ecig can mean for us.....however.....I didn't catch anyone asking what your reason for considering the Puresmoke was? Do you already own an ecig? How important is purchasing locally to you at this point (this will probably change with time and may not be your case now, but I have run across a couple people who knowingly paid more for less just to be able to walk out of a "store" with their new find.

OMB said: "Even if it is deemed by someone as a "cheapo", at $35, I'd buy it. That's a whole lot better than a $100-$200 Smoke Anywhere kiosk ripoff!!". I 100% agree with that sentiment! That is one of the lowest prices I've heard in a bricks and mortar location for a 4081 (I didn't verify that's what it was.....took word of Transporter)

Just remember, as we advise new vapers, not all motivations are the same and one size does not fit all. I personally would never discourage anyone from trying any ecig at all if it gave them the opportunity to find freedom from analogs. Just don't think we found out the true situation with Plantgirl......certainly I would advise anyone already vaping and looking for a second device, to look around a little more.

Happy Vaping Ya'll

the picture on there website doesn't give a very good look at the actual parts but at first look it appears to be a 4081 but there's nothing to compare it too size wise so i may be wrong but its pretty close to the ones i used from njoy. There website has inflated prices as well equal to njoys site. I didn't buy mine from there site either lol

I'm not. I worked in pipe / cigar shop for a while. We also carried cigarettes, lighters, and every sundry item you could think of associated with using tobacco. The only thing we didn't carry was chewing tobacco.

These businesses are going to look at their customer demographic, and carry what they think will bring people in. From what I remember reading about tobacco use, it's down in general. One of my old favorite local smoke shops has greatly increased the floor space devoted to "gift" items -- meaning that it's been getting harder for them to stay profitable from tobacco and related products.

If there were a smoke shop in the neighborhood of my various typical running around locations, which carried e-cig supplies, I'd be thrilled to shop there.

4081 was the first atty I had experience with. Smoke Stik was the brand. That atty still works and I used that thing forever. It's my backup if my Tornado bites the dust.

Can anyone confirm that Smoke Stik is indeed a 4081? And is there a good place to get cartos for that?

I don't use one but an older friend got one and loves it. Would like to help her find good cartos.
