He commended me on finally quitting smoking, I had to explain to him what an e cigarette was he had a general idea of what one was, but he said that it still had nicotine in it and I told him that I was slowly stepping down my nicotine intake and that I have gone from 18mg 3 months ago to 12 months at present. (His main concern is the long term effects of e cig smoking on the body vs. smoking since everyone already knows what happens from smoking.)

I just have a .... ton of juice that is 12mg and I have no idea how to cut it to make it less than 12 mg so (any advice there would be greatly appreciated!) I am still pretty much a n00b at this! So any advice you all could give me on how to cut it to 6mg would be greatly appreciated!

He said my lungs were clearer my blood pressure was at its lowest it has been in years, my cholesterol level is down (Not smoking related I don't think!) But all these positives he said it seemed to be doing me a lot of good and not so much harm. I explained I knew every ingredient that was in my juice vs. a cigarette, The nurse on the other hand she was like I don't think that is healthy for anyone at all but ask Dr. Hubl and see what he has to say! I did and he said everything checks out in a positive manner and to not change a thing...isn't it nice to see that so many of our doctors are saying good things about e cigs a vaping, and glad we are no longer smoking...made me want to pat myself on the back if I could lol!

Maybe get some 0 nic in your matching flavors and tank mix it 50-50.

You can cut it with identical juice but in 0mg. So if you have 15ml of 12mg juice and mix it with 15ml of 0mg juice. You'd have 30ml of 6mg juice. It's easy.

You can also cut it with straight pg or vg or a mixture of 50/50 pg/vg. This method would weaken your flavor by 50%.

Thanks for the help everyone! Much appreciated I thought I would save money and buy 102ml bottles at 10.99 a bottle. Which I did save a lot over other various websites that I have checked for price! Some are still full and never been used because I had some 18mg to use up first in that flavor! Silly me!

Yeah like a glass of wine before bed, or too much junk sweets. We all have our addictions, yet some love to point the finger because they feel, to them, that their addiction is "nothing" compared to the harmful vapor that generates all the ummm water vapor. Dangerous stuff that H2O.

Easy to cut it down from 12mg; just buy 0mg of the same flavor and mix it 1:1 and you get 6mg.

Or the cheap way: add some glycerin to it.

Chantix is scary. If you read some of the side effects people have suffered. I'm sure some people on this forum have tried it, but I am just too spooky to have ever tried it. Vaping works just fine for me!

I have a Chantix horror story, I tried to kill myself while on the stuff went as far as slitting my own wrist and being found in a pool of blood by my counselor who comes to my home to do therapy! I am ashamed that it got that far and that I didn't say something sooner! But I wanted to kick the habit so bad I was willing to do anything I guess even take my own life...It embarrasses me to tell this story but it is a good reminder to steer clear of the stuff because it is very dangerous stuff! I almost died because of a pill I thought was harmless and wouldn't affect me due to being on antidepressants guess not!

presciption drugs are poisons.
The do bad things but they have some useful side effects.

So they're marketed with the spin the other way around; the useful side effect is what they are sold for, and the dosage is controlled to limit the toxic effect.

Wouldn't surprise me is somebody developed a suicide drug which just happened to also reduce nicotine addition and thought hey! let's get rid of some of those nasty smokers!

It's great to hear what your doctor told you about your health since you traded smoking for vaping. It sounds like he didn't know much about vaping before you spoke to him, and was therefore a "neutral subject" in the matter. If all "neutrals" would respond the way he did after learning some things about vaping from a person actually doing it, then vaping would have a bright future indeed.

I'm sure that some of them, though, will poo-poo it no matter what we try to tell them, and no matter how great a vaper's health is after having vaped for a few months or a few years. The best we can do is to try to educate as many of them as possible with easily verifiable facts, so that at least some of them will come to our side of the battle.

that is part of the problem. the FDA should have an impartial third party do the testing and publish the results. there's a serious conflict of interest when a drug company can cherry pick what testing and results it wants to publish to get it's latest golden child to market.
