Heavenlyvapours, a vendor in Western Australia was raided by police following a ban of all sales of e-cig products. And consider this. E-cig vendors in Australia sell nic free liquid because the sale and distribution of nicotine is already banned in Australia. That means a vendor who was selling nicotine juice with NO nicotine and accessories was raided and is facing court sentencing in a few weeks!

Here are two links to the ban of e-cigs in Western Australia.

Americans take note..... our gov't is just as capable of doing this.

They are and do.

However, the FBI was careful not to say whether they believed Miller had knowingly broken any laws.

Shrunken heads, other artifacts found during FBI raid on Indiana home - CBS News

“SWAT Team” and Gibson Workers Henry Juszkiewicz, CEO of Gibson Guitar Corp states: “In two cases we had a SWAT team treating us like drug guys, come in and shut us down. With no notice. And, you know, that’s just wrong. I mean, we’re a business, we’re making guitars. Armed people in SWAT attire is just inappropriate.”

There's big companies losing money because they didn't invest in e-cigs themselves and now they're losing money and taking it out on any little guy they can. Don't think for one second any government will protect your rights or the law. They'll change the law and make an example out of you. The big oil companies simply eliminate those with energy solutions because they were self inventors, of whose names simply disappeared. But e-cigs spread a lot quicker before the governments could intervene. So now they have to deal with it by spending millions to change laws instead of thousands to do research to benefit society that they're suppose to represent. You are just a pawn my friend, and until the majority understands that, they will keep voting these people to represent us.

Here is a great website that summarises all the current legislation in individual nations around the world.

The U.K currently has the best system for vapers in which it is regulated but not restricted.

Of all the western democracies, we in the US have by far the worst track record as it pertains to any type of drug/alcohol/substance abuse policy. We are intrinsically unable as a society to wrap our heads around the concepts of reduced risk and harm reduction. All-or-nothing puritanism is still what informs our policymaking at the national level.

RUSSIA - Permitted.

Import, sale and use is permitted.

Some anti-tobacco legislation took effect this summer...

...there is no enforcement of any kind reported so far. All retailers are reported as continuing with business as usual.

It's tempting folks. I can be there in an hour. Perhaps after Putin is finished "saving" Ukraine he'll do the same for Alaska.

Careful. PV's are a felony. No enforcement doesn't mean safety. GreenPeace operatives were charged with felony drug posession for having PV's for nicotine. I don't know if they got that dropped (there are other charges from whatever else they were doing)

They are really hurting themselves! Do you really think any vaper will ever smoke cigarettes again after this crapola. Throw us out of vaping because you lost your little funds and you'll never see a dime again. Not only that but we will be on a crusade to get all people to quit cigarettes! "Don't play with me cause you're playin' with fire!"

I've always believed we were an island for a damn good reason….(but no thanks to politicians on that one though)
