You can if there's no juice bottle in it. If you're trying to use a carto with a juice bottle, then it probably won't work well. Good catch, Mickey!

True but, I'm not sure why you would. Then again, I don't have one so maybe it makes sense. I was envisioning a carto with a vertical heating element and squeezing juice up into the bottom. I can imagine that would result in some really burnt tastes.

And you're correct with that assumption. The point of a Wet Box is to be able to drip by feeding, rather than directly dripping. When you're using a carto, the juice has to seep into the filler in order to keep it wet. They can be used with a Wet Box, but the carto would have to be filled first. Then I could see maybe using a bottle of juice to keep it wet throughout the day, but it would be easier to just use an atty.
