What 18650 battery should i buy

Lots of opinions on batteries. I'll throw mine in as well... red Efest. rated at 10 amp. These and the red 18350s are all I use.

I didn't realize these had come down in price.

At $6.80 I just ordered another 4. Steal of a deal. I paid $8 each for the two I ordered in Sept. If anyone else is looking for good quality 20 amp continuous batteries, this is a great deal.

Yea, they have the Nitecore i2 or 14 for $10, but for $3 more you get a cool lcd screen. aahh pretty lights. You can buy them on ebay for this price but I have read that there are clones out there.

so how are the batteries working out? im asking because im looking to buy a sigelei 100w plus and am researching batteries to buy. incase you and anyone else reading wants to know the 25r batteries are down to 6 bucks each right now.

People always live and die by the amp rating. We do not go by continuous discharge rate. That is the rate the battery can be safely discharged from start to finish with no pause in between... we do not hit our fire button and hold it down for 3 hours until the battery is drained.
What vapers need to think about is the burst discharge rate.

Without going into a long tech speech I'll simplify it. It's called burst rating.
20 amp battery = 40 amp burst rating.

Industry standard defines burst rate as 10 seconds on and 2 seconds off.

Well, with using regulated mods, efest is still okay. Vtc 4 battery is good. Vamped is higher amp for unregulated but still a good choice. Mnke or vappower 18650 is also good enuf
