between here and there
So new to vaping. Oh my the many fails. I just spent to much time listing to what others suggested. Everyone I knew just kept saying start with 6mg of nic. Yea, that was a major fail. First thing I did was replace my very old machine someone gave me, got a better mod. Thought that may do it. Nope!! Just was not doing it for me.

So I cranked up the nic content to 18, now I am as happy as a clam. Just find it odd, shops will sell you the stuff, but when your brand new, the right information can be a pain to find.

Now that I just started, I had one issue, keeping track of the silly mod. Wonder why dont they make cases to carry them around?? So while in the dollar store, I saw an old flip phone carrying case, it side loads. Just thought why not?? Paid my 7 bucks, and my mod fits it like a glove, and I can keep track of it, and carry it like an old flip phone.

Someone said no way they could make cases to carry them because of the different sizes. If you took what I have, leather, stretches, velcro closing, maybe made a few different lengths, someone could make some money off that kinda deal.
Welcome to ecf. So tell us what type of mod did you end up with? Stick with ecf for all the info you could possibly want. Members here are very helpful so don't be shy. We have all been where you are at some point in time. Great place here for support. Have a seat, look around, ask questions, if you have any and just enjoy yourself.

Good vaping.

:)

Tonee N. I'm liking your bag... a lot. :) Mine's far more utilitarian, but it fits in my purse (sometimes, when emptying it, I feel that whole universes fit in my purse, LOL. It's a black hole environment in there from time to time....

I started with a really old ileaf?? Think you vaped from 7 to 10. Then I went with a alien smok. I just wish someone would of come off the 6mg speech in the first place. They should of told me, here try a 10 ml of 12, and a 10 ml of 18. See what seems to satisfy you more with the need to cheat.

I wish they would of said get a 12 ml of cig flavored juice. If the new juice is to sweet, or two much, delute it down with a big of the cig flavored juice. Take the sweet edge off of it, til you get used to it.

Last but not least, While I found a cell phone case that fits my mod perfect, gotta wonder what you could trip across in the tool section at lowes or menards. Like a pouch for a box cutter, or pliers. Or just look. Maybe even wal mart.

I am just not impressed with the vape shops in my area. Found a little out of the way hole in the wall place, talking to the lady, she pretty much said 6 mg is WAY to low for someone that smokes as much as I do, and its no wonder I kept failing.

Glad you figured out a solution, Tym64. Yes, the wrong setup and e-juice can make things difficult in the beginning. Unfortunately many vape stores seem to push sub-ohming now instead of reviewing all options,, which can make things difficult. But, I found that my second tank, the Nautilus 2, was my dream tank :)

Hope it all goes well moving forward.

So am I a bad person for just sticking in my pocket? At the amount I vape when I'm out a 4-5 ml tank will hold me all day without a refill. For travel I just dump it all in the bottom of my carry on as then I'll bring a backup and juice, but as I typically go stealth, I vape maybe 2 ml a day of 18 mg mtl so I do bring along some juice.

Dudes have pockets, it's what they do, LOL. I will admit to, at times, being jealous of that, but once you start adding in wallets, ecigs, cellphones, and lord knows what else? I don't actually know how they DO THAT. Maybe Eskie has magical pockets too.... :) :)

Front left pocket, wallet. Front right pocket, cellphone with the case back facing the mod so no screen scratches. Key case in rear pocket. Out the door. Yeah, guys do have it easier when it comes to that.

ThinkGeek has a messenger bag called the Bag of Holding and a purse version called the Handbag of Holding. I've had my eye on the handbag for awhile now. Definitely would have enough pockets for my backup mods, bottles and batteries.
