Pick up a couple of extra springs too, just in case a bad atomizer causes a short.

Atomizers can last one day or a month. When I first started using atomizers, I was getting about one week out of them. I think this was because I was running them too dry or too wet. Now I get about a month from an atomizer. This is using Cisco 1.5 ohm 306 atomizers.

You might want to try some cartomizers also. They are a little easier to learn when first using a REO. And they usually cost less than atomizers.

With the atomizers you might want some at a 1.5, 1.8 or a 2.0. Different ohms work better with different juices.

You will want drip tips with your atomizers. The two sizes you can use the 510 and the 306 take different tips.

I wouldn't purchase more than 1 Feed Tube/Cap. They don't need to be replaced except under extreme situations. I would get 1 or 2 springs, they are inexpensive and easily replaced by you if needed, tho shouldn't be often. I have bottles for all my different flavors, that is more a personal thing, some just refill with what ever juice they are in the mood for, some switch out bottles, and of course your atty or carto of choice. Congrats on your purchase of a REO, I think you will be very happy with it!

Besides juice, attys, cartos, and bottles.

-Batteries, extra. I keep plenty of IMRs and keep them in rotation and number each with a permanent marker. The battery cases that you get from the battery vendors are very nice to help with organizing them.
-2 chargers. In case one goes "boom" I also have the corresponding car charger for each of those chargers, in case the power goes out or if I am going to be on the road for extended times.
-extra favorite drip tips. I can't seem to wrap my lips around anything but a pawn tip now, so if it breaks, I got backup
-noalox from home depot. I just like keeping extra, besides what Rob gave me, because I bathe the REOs a lot.
-q-tips, cosmetic flat pads, to wipe and clean the REOs with alcohol
-bent paper clips, to pull out tops of cartos and I use it to straighten unruly cartos

I know some of items may seem silly but I truly can't live with my grands without these items. :)

Second the "extra springs" requirement.

-A couple little rubber stopper-cap-thingies from a 3ml syringe. They fit perfectly over the REO buttons and make them VASTLY more comfortable to use.
-Many liquids look alike, so I recommend the tiny little colored rubber bands that you can get from avidvaper and others... especially if you like to change between more than a couple different flavors. They work great: you put one on the "original" bottle, and one on the 6ml REO bottle that you are using for that flavor so that you can identify what's in a random unmarked bottle sitting somewhere.

Some other random items that may not apply if you are experienced with vaping in general, since you probably already have your own cleaning equipment/rituals:

-Everclear / high proof grain alcohol
-Set of dental picks from Harbor Freight. One of the best $4 investments I ever made. I use them for all kinds of random vaping-related tasks.

-Microfiber towels.
-Ultrasonic cleaner (you can get one from Harbor Freight for about $30.)

And a multimeter in a pear tree...wait, I mean a multimeter to monitor your batteries. It's a good idea to test them each time they come off the charger. The meter is also handy for identifying DOA attys/cartos while they're still covered for replacement. I routinely check each one when they arrive, then stash them away, confident that when I need a fresh one, it'll work.

If you don't already have a meter, a perfectly fine one can be had from Harbor Freight (for around $4.99 atm)
