I have read through most of the forums but I have a specific want and am confused between all of my available options. Really confused with all of the acronyms RBA, RDA, and the sorts.

I am currently using a 510 ego battery with protank2 mini's and evod. I am rebuilding the atomizer with new wicks but it is becoming too labor intensive IMO.

I like lots of vapor and taste. Throat hit is not really a requisite. The more I read up on 100% VG the more I like it but would also like the ability to fall back on the mainstream juice now and then.

I would like to have a setup with a cillander type battery and a rebuildable type of coil (like the kind where you easily wind the kanthal type wire around a wad of cotton) with an easily refillable Pyrex type tank on top. Something I could easily carry in my pocket and not looking like a vibrator...

Variable voltage/wattage would be nice too. Plus something where the batteries would not try and murder me too ;).

Am I asking too much? Or have I just not looked in the right corners or hard enough?

Thanks =)

On the cheaper end go with either a IOG-L or Trident clone RDA Rebuildable Drip Atomozer and keep your coil resistance above 1.5 ohm on top of a Vamo. More expensive and a bit of a learning curve is something like the RSST or my favorite the Fogger V2. The RSST is easier but the Fogger is a lot like the Protanks an Evods as they are bottom feed. But the Fogger has a bit of a learning curve. For the Battery if you keep your resistance above 1.5 ohms a Zmax telescoping. I have all of the devices listed above except for the RSST. No matter what you rebuild though there is some tedium involved. The RDA's are the easiest. You can wrap your coil around a drill bit and pull some unbleached cotton yarn through it. Noticed I said unbleached. You can also find unbleached cotton balls at places like Whole Foods. You can also get Twick a silica cotton hybrid wick or just silica. If you want silica go with ekowool. If you are interested in going with the Fogger PM me as I think I have pretty much got that one down. But if price is no object you can get a Ithaca. I have no experience on that type yet. There is also another battery the Innokin iTaste 134 . I hear nice things about it including that you can go down below 1 ohm to like .8 ohms I believe. That is a bit more expensive.

Good batteries are IMO The Efest and the better Panasonics. Just don't get a battery with the protection chip as most mods do not like them. IME it seems like all batteries that have a white protective ring around the Postive side are chip protected. I could be wrong but all the ones I got for my Mechanical mods were.
