What are a couple of good RTAs for new builders?

My first rta in January was a kayfun V4. I bought an authentic and a clone. The authentic was perfect and expensive. The clone had problems which I found really confusing.

The K4 is good for a beginner cos of ease of access to the deck and tool less top filling. Access to the deck is crucial for a beginner and I recommend this to you as the number one feature to go for.

Does depend what you expect from an RTA though. If you're looking for nice big clouds then the Kayfun V4 aint what you want. Well unless you modify it with the Kayfun 4S-KIT which allows more airflow and a higher temperature resistance. Plus an authentic costs about $150 (maybe a bit less), mine cost me £120 !.
If it's large clouds you're looking for then it absolutely positively has to be a Billow V2. My Billow V2 cost me about £30.

What about the Lemo 2? I have heard a lot of people say they love it but not sure how easy it is to work with. 40w VF clone is what I mostly use. I usually vape at 18-25w right now.

If Lemo 2 is the same as Lemo drop to build it is simple. But I don't think it offers access to the build deck on demand. So if you put a bad build in it, you need to dump a tank of juice to rectify it.

I have to say I love my zephyrus. I used a delta 2 prior and it isn't a horrible single coil to build on, main problem is the rba is a separate purchase. I have friends using subtank that love them.
That being said go with something that fits your mod and wattage. My zephyrus is tight to build on but I'm getting great clouds at 40 watts on a .24 build and amazing airflow. Some are gonna want more watts like herakles or arctic.

And forgot the zephyrus is under 30 bucks so that trumps a lot of them.

I would start with a single coil tank and once you feel comfortable you can move forward to dual coil tanks. There are plenty of suggestions here, but I would watch video reviews first to see if you like the tank and set up.

Start simple. I purchased a Lemo2, haven't taken it out of the box yet, but it has such a good backing and the price is great. I also love the Golbin, it performs amazing and never fails on me, but the deck is very tight and wicking has to be spot on to shine. There are plenty other ones too.
