What are some of your favorite E-Liquid/E-Juice suppliers that you would recommend? Hows their shipping?

For tobacco flavors I like Halo juices. But I love DIY, can't be without those now and I only rarely buy ready made e juice except for Halo's. I did just try a 555 from Avid Vapor I think, not too bad, but I prefer to make my own juices. It is just so varied and the flavors endless! bnrk
