The alien was my favourite mod, up till it stopped working a couple days ago :( I got a wismec rx2/3 over the weekend and I am very happy with it, I just hope it lasts longer than my alien.
I've never had problems with any of my smok mods, I have 4 of them that have all been very good but now this alien! It won't even turn on :(

I am fully convinced that what's my best might not be your best. It is absolutely a matter of taste. Also what fits your personal vaping style. I myself use rbas because I like to build but you might like a pre made sub ohm coil. I personally use a ipv8 and a smoke mod. The ipv8 has taken over my smoke mod but they both fit my needs. Both have high wattage capability both do temp control both do different wire types. What I HAVE NOTICED is the yihi chipset in the ipv8 is much better. At 200 and over watts the ipv8 won't burn your mouth. Now I usually don't vape that high but I've experimented and what I found is the ipv8 has one of the better chipsets. With casual vaping you might not notice but the ipv8 does not fluctuate and is very true to temperature. I like the small build and it suits me fine. I'm not one to pay money just for a name such as Parvati ECT. What is best to me has got to be functional, sturdy, and gives you a opportunity to change things up if you like. By using different wire and temp mode upgradable firmware ect.thats why I like ipv8. Just find something that meets your personal needs and enjoy!

What's the best car on the road these days? This is kinda what you're asking. Different strokes and all...

Aside from that, knowing what you've been happy driving all along and your driving style being similar to mine, I can confidently suggest the Coppervape BF mod. It's operation and function are comparable to your REOs, but the ergonomics are superior. It has all the improvements that I suggested in REOville over 5 years ago. Price is ~$30, too. Since owning my Coppervape, my REOs have been shelved 99% of the time. I still pull em out for field trips.

Five years ago I might of had an answer for that, but today with how much hardware there is... it's like asking what's the best car?

My advice is just to look up anything before you buy it and see if you like it, in the end that's all that matters as long as it gets the job done.

I like Biltmore, but the steps around the garden area are improper rise and tread. Otherwise, beautiful property. Wife and I go for the Christmas tour.
Dougie...I was drunk when I laid those out....I'm meeting with a stone mason Tuesday to have them re-done. Can't wait to see you and the wife this Christmas....you can have the guest room this time.

So, in your house back there, do you have a dedicated vape room, or do you just fog up the whole castle?:D
Begs the questions.... do super rich people have dedicated "vape rooms" in their mansions? Is there a such thing as a "vaping jacket"? Do they impress their vaping friends with their collections of high end and rare mods? Is there a such thing as a temp/humidity controlled "eliquid cellar" for rare and expensive ejuice that need years of steep time?

But there's an internal contradiction in your musing. Vaping and being super rich are mutually exclusive. How do you expect someone to vape AND be able to save up enough money to be super rich?

True. I still scratch my head at the "saving tons of money over smoking" part. My collectors mentality and the ECF crowd's collective "sky is falling" mentality doesn't help either. ;)

I do get very jealous when I see a fellow vaper using a 3 year old iStick covered in duct tape as their only mod though. THATS someone that is actually saving some $$$.

Yup, that's a winner. While we're the mice running on the wheel providing energy to run all those factories in Shenzen. At least we're keeping all those folks employed.

Which guest room lol?

I'm a certified landscape professional, and I specialize in stone work. Give me a call. Ill have to extend my business liability to NC, but Asheville isn't far from Knoxville. In lieu of per diem, I'll just reside in the vineyard for the duration of the project.
