What are the best places to get DIY supplies?

I've ordered supplies from RTS and I think they have pretty good value. If you want the supplies all from one place, that would be your best bet. However, if you know what you want to get, I think Amazon is far and away the best place to get supplies. The most crucial supplies for me were small beakers for mixing, syringes/pipettes for measuring, and PG/VG. Amazon generally has the best prices for those.
it mostly depends on your flavor choices...
I use vapingzone as they have their super concentrates that are amazing and also carry hangsens that are the best for me... I do get some stuff from TFA also

For flavors, I think it safe to say that there is no "best" as everybody has different tastes. That said, the best all around flavors I've tried (meaning the least likely to make you gag or curse the company you bought the flavors from) is Capella's: Capella Flavor Drops - Over 75+ Water Soluble Concentrated Flavorings
