J/K but they do crack me up. I have ordered from DH Gate before and it's still buyer beware. It wasn't for vaping supplies though. It's been awhile and I don't know if it's the same but the $$ goes through DH Gate and not directly to the seller until you get your stuff and are happy. Don't listen to seller song and dance about how if you pay them they send you more/better stuff either.
