I'm about to show a property to someone to rent. There is no way that anyone would rent this place in the condition it's in. It's one of the creepiest houses I've ever been to. There's a basement here, I ventured down with a flashlight and discovered a hidden hallway. There's a bathroom down there I never knew about. Because it's hidden. This is the only place we manage that the owner wants to do their own work. They haven't touched it in months. THAT, and sitting here outside now with an almost empty kayfun, and I left my juice at the office  looks like I'm going to be vaping straight to the wick on this one...but it's a beautiful day and I'm happy about that :)

Edit: She was excited to see the house. I opened the front door for her, she stepped one foot in and said "uhhhh...". That's as far as we went. Luckily I had her follow me to another property that was ready and she seemed really interested. And I just refilled my Kayfun. Turned around nicely!

No freakin' way! I was just doing that. And I mean within the past hour.

Takes me back to seventeen. My first girl, my hot little black Ford Escort GT. Heh heh. GT. Yeah, it had a plastic spoiler and some blackout paint here and there. That made it a GT. But man did I love that car. And so did Lisa.

High Falls, up the interstate about 15 miles. We were baaaaarely close enough to Atlanta to pick up 96Rock without static. Back when you weren't cool unless you listened to 96Rock and had one of those hard to find 96Rock license tags for the front of your car. Oh yeah, baby, I had one.

Warm summer night in '85. My right hand holding hers. My left hand holding my Marlboro Red. Hatchback open, jammin' out the hard rock and arena rock and Pat and Ozzy and Frampton. Lying together on the ground right there next to the falling water. Mmmmmm... I can almost feel the mist off the falls, the smell of her blonde hair, the warmth of her skin. It was my first time.....

*snaps out of dream state and back to reality*

Whoa, sorry 'bout that.

Uh, what am I doing right now other than ECF? I'm reminiscing about my youth, listening to Pat Benatar, and vaping some Freezing Rain 21 in my Triton VV. Mmmmmm. Just cleaned the tank and put in a fresh coil, too. The smell of the vapor, the warmth of the 1.9Ω coil at 4 volts. It's just like my first time.....

But I have to know....Did you have your 96 Rock tag on upside down? You weren't truly cool if you didnt....

Ah, but you see, down in Macon there were separate gangs of us, each of whom had our own 96Rock Plate Decree. Best known were the Right-Side-Uppers and the Upside-Downers. There was a splinter group, the Switch-Back-n-Forthers, but they were never trusted by the other gangs, and ended up folding after running completely out of license plate mounting screws. The little known Backwarders had the hardest time, as they ended up losing their 96Rock plate status because the rest of us wouldn't give them credit for what looked from a distance to be just plain matte silver front plates.

And then there were the neer-do-well Sideways-ers, who thought they'd try to corner the market in cool by doing it a completely new way. They had their own splinter group, too. The Slanters. But both of these gangs suffered an unforeseen foible. Due to the nature of front bumpers, they could only rely on one screw to hold their plates, and alas, the high winds of interstate driving blasted the plates right off their cars, one by one.

In the end, all that was left were us originals, the Right-Side-Uppers and the Upside-Downers - known collectively as "The Four Screwers".

So I take it you're a former Upside-Downer? I'm a former Right-Side-Upper. Nice to meet ya! ;)

the moral of this story... pay it forward if you can. the good attitude of everyone here is infectious . something i believe the world could use a bit more of. hoping others will do something nice for another vaporist. have a good one Y'all.

See? Now that's the kind of thing that really makes this place rock! :headbang:

Reading ecf, of course, then this sound from over the half wall I hear a blowing noise, I jump up and say to my husband what are you doing. He says my tank is gurgling just blowing it out.

Noooo I yell, you're doing it wrong, Give me that, You need to take the tank off the battery and blow gently with a paper towel on the end to catch the juice that comes out, Look, Look at all this juice in your battery...

He's still on the learning curve. But I will be right by his side so he will stick with it... I will clean and fill his clearo's so he has no exscuse not to vape :)
