My current choice depends on what I'm doing. For out and about I use the SR72 1300 mAh vv twist from Mig Cigs at 4.3v w/ a new Kanger Aerotank Mini. At home I prefer my Trixie from Madvapes w/ a new Kanger Aerotank Mega (love the newly designed heads from Kanger). As for juice, current all day vape is a 50/50 blend Black Cherry from Mt. Baker Vapor.
