I live in Mexico and use a mail forwarding company in Laredo Texas which adds an extra week or 2 on all my orders, it certainly teaches one patience!

It doesn't help with their update speed (insanely slow) but I use the slice app (or slice.com) to track my packages. It does the stalking for me, and updates pretty quick.
