Recently, I ordered some parts from Digikey to build a wire welder so I can weld non-resistance wire to Kanthal or Nicrome for rebuilding my Viva Nova tank atomizers. That's complete and works well. However, I've had a change of heart regarding my Viva Nova tank since it's top fed and I'm tired of having to top it off to avoid that dry burnt flavor when it's not mostly full. I'm now waiting on the newer Kanger Protank 2 from E-bay that is bottom fed which will hopefully alleviate that issue. It's an upgrade to the regular Protank in that it has a removable mouth piece for easy cleaning along with some other improvements. I ordered it on E-bay and it includes an extra bottom piece and 5 replacement atomizers that I plan on rewinding myself with the above mentioned wire welder. I guess we'll see how it all works out.
