You can fight that and win. There was an episode of the vape team where dimitri interviews a vendor in Canada that fought them and won. I'm sorry I don't have more info than that , maybe try to google it.

Also you're allowed to import nicotine that is 4 or less mg of nic per dosage. Unless you got a really tiny bottle of 36mg you could probably successfully argue the 4mg per dosage thing and that you're well within it. I almost want health canada to seize something from me so I can fight them , I enjoy that kind of stuff. Having said that I pretty much only buy juice in canada from Jugheads anyhow.
