Someone is making a mod :) sx350 maybe :)

I got my first mech mod in the mail yesterday. It was a cheap wooden skull mod that was stained and has a slick patina job on all of the metal fittings. It looks fantastic and feels great in the hand. The only concern I have is that I don't see any vents for the battery. I've been careful with what I put on it and what battery I put in it. Since I'm new to mechanical mods, I've also been taking the battery out and putting it in the plastic case between uses (which isn't too bad since I mainly use my dripper on it so there is a bit of a routine already). I've read a lot about battery safety but I still get uneasy when I think about what could go wrong.

What I'm really excited for is my new regulated box mod coming in tomorrow. I found an eBay seller not too far from me that was selling the Cloupor Hana Modz clone with a Caterpillar RDA, two Sony VTC4s, and a few other accessories for a decent price. It may have been a bit cheaper to buy them individually from other vendors but I figured what's an extra $15-$20 if it means I get to have the device several days earlier and support a shop that's in my region? I probably would have just spent that money on coffee and fast food over the course of the week, anyway.
