They're actually my preferred vendor. I know it's a long wait time, but they do have good stuff. Just read the reviews. no reviews = no order from me.
I've only had one RMA, and they sent me a replacement.
Things I'd highly recommend from them: Ceramic Tweezers , I won't do a micro coil without them. Mini screwdrivers, the best screwdriver for those tiny screws, Silica Wick. If you use silica, at $.14/foot, it's worth stocking up on it. Sony VTC4, Great price, but order seperately from other orders, since it will have to be shiped via a different carrier and at a very modest increase (less than .50), Extra Allen Keys if you ever buy a clone that takes these, get extras. Of course, check the reviews on other stuff.. the users are very picky with their reviews.
I'm waiting on a Kanger Aerotank Mega right now. Just got in to vaping and i'm really enjoying myself. Think I may have went a little too hard in the paint, because I can hardly afford to buy juice after that tank!

I'm a cotton guy, at least till I find something better. Hemp seems to be getting some attention, may have to try that.
I'm not sure I trust them enough with the batteries though, but that's just me.
Added the allen keys and some mini cleaning brushes to the basket for the next order
