Yes, fully mechanical and I am planning to put my AGA T (Version 1) tank on it. Hopefully it will sit flush. I'll keep you posted.

My hopes were dashed. Hubby got his Gold and Silver juice...but no tank for me! It's in town, but didn't make it on the truck. Maybe tomorrow. We still get Saturday delivery so far as I know. At least until August.
