Which Crème Brulee is better? Highly subjective for sure! I've had all 3 you mention. My pick would be Highbrow, BUT that is mainly because I love high VG and they have this option. I like Nicoticket flavor, but again, I'm partial to higher VG and they do not have options for PG/VG ratio. Ahlusions flavors are too light for my taste.

AltCig makes the most marvelous Churro flavor. It's just scrumptious. And their Gingerbread Creme Brulee is just as lovely. Highbrow also makes a lovely Creme Brulee and both Highbrow and AltCig offer multiple choices of PG/VG ratios. Nicoticket makes many lovely bakery/dessert juices as well, but they do not offer choices on your PG/VG blends.
The above 3 companies are who I would most encourage you to try for bakery/dessert type flavors.
